Accessibility Statement
This site should be usable by everyone. If it is not, we want to hear about it and fix it.

Our commitment
Peters & Associates, Inc. is committed to ensuring that this website is accessible to people with disabilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, speech recognition software, or other assistive technology. We regard accessibility as part of our obligation to serve the public fairly, not as an optional feature.
The standard we work toward
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, and conformance also generally improves usability for everyone.
Practices currently in place include semantic HTML structure and heading hierarchy, descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, visible keyboard focus indicators, labelled form controls with programmatically associated error messages, sufficient color contrast for body text, and support for the operating-system reduce motion setting, which disables the site’s decorative animations.
Known limitations
We are candid about the gaps. Property search results and listing detail pages are populated from a third-party multiple listing service (Canopy MLS). Listing photographs, agent remarks, and virtual tour media originate with the listing brokerage, and we cannot control whether that content carries adequate alternative text or captions. Some documents and downloads — including generated market-report PDFs — may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers. Where third-party content is not accessible, we will provide the same information in an accessible format on request.
Ongoing review
Accessibility is reviewed when significant new templates or features are released, using a combination of automated testing and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks. Findings are prioritized by the severity of the barrier they create rather than by the ease of the fix.
Requesting assistance or reporting a barrier
If you encounter any barrier on this site, or if you need information from this site provided in an alternative format — large print, plain text, accessible PDF, or read aloud over the telephone — please contact us. There is no cost for this assistance, and you are never required to explain your disability to receive it.
Email npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com or telephone (704) 264-4572. Please describe the page and what you were trying to do. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within three business days and to communicate a remediation plan within ten business days.
Formal complaints
If our response does not resolve your concern, you may escalate it in writing to the Broker-in-Charge at 4401 Barclay Downs Dr #132, Charlotte, NC 28209. Nothing in this statement limits any right you may have under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Housing Act, or applicable state law.
