Peters & Associates, Inc. leads a select group of private investment partnerships focused on luxury residential development across the Carolinas. We identify the opportunities, structure the investments, and manage every phase of the project — partnering with Peters Custom Homes, Inc. for construction execution.

Participation is selective and typically arranged through existing relationships. We do not solicit capital publicly. Instead, we build partnerships with individuals who share our standards and our long-term perspective on residential development.

Our model favors patience over urgency — selecting projects on merit, not market noise. Each opportunity is structured around a specific parcel, an architectural vision, and a defined investor circle.

Our investor group is intentionally small. We believe the most successful development partnerships are built on trust, transparency, and a shared understanding of the project's goals and timeline.

Our approach emphasizes full-market exposure through Canopy MLS, major portals, professional photography/video and targeted marketing to reach the widest pool of qualified buyers. Each project's partnership structure is determined by the specific requirements of the development.

Inquiries are reviewed personally by Nicholas Peters and treated with complete discretion. There is no promotional cycle, no fundraising calendar — only the next considered project.
